The IRMAPE laboratory is a new entity in the ESC
PAU Group. The following article presents it.
A new research laboratory has been opened in the ESC PAU GROUP
in June. This decision has been taken because the ESC PAU is aware
of the need to integrate more research in their pedagogy,
especially in the Research Master Program.
We propose in this actuality, an overview of its missions.
Firstly, different types of professors will work in the laboratory
for a better feedback:
- Those who are already doctorate graduates
- Those who are writing their thesis at this time
- The other professors
All the members will have the following missions:
- Production: The quality of the article
written will be more important than the number of publications.
The laboratory needs to have a good image, and does not need
to publish a lot to exist.
- Participation and publication : All the members
will participate in colloquiums, lectures and will have to publish
their productions in national or international reviews.
The theoretical knowledge created thanks to the laboratory will
answer professional questions in a scientific way. The research
of IRMAPE has a managerial goal and an operational attribute. All
the scientists are working directly with industry.
Others types of projects are also created in the European context.
The IRMAPE Laboratory will certainly work with the ANR (Research
association) and alliances must be concluded with IRGO (The research
institute of Bordeaux IV University) on shared projects.
