The plan for a creation of a company is one of
the exercises of the Bachelor’s
program. Its objectives are :
- To discover the required procedures to create a company.
- To become acquainted with marketing, management, finances…
- To identify the different departments that exist in a company
Until last year, students had to imagine a new concept (service
or product) and had to prove that this concept was real and could
be developed. However the new exercise is now less theoretical and
more hands on : students work with people who have a real
plan for a creation of a company and they have to help them to succeed
in this challenge.

4. To adapt the concept to customers
5. To choose the appropriate distribution network
6. To fix a selling price

a complete file that contains all the analyses and recommendations. |
