Partnership with Quiksilver

Bernard MARIETTE, head of Quiksilver .Inc and Pierre AGNES, head of Quiksilver Europe, are members of Groupe ESC PAU's administration councile. Quiksilver recruits Groupe ESC PAU graduates who work in the field of human ressources ,supply chain management, distribution... Quiksilver has also built an internship program with Groupe ESC PAU that allows, each year, students from the school to integrate the company for six months. Quiksilver executives share their experience during exclusive courses and Stephen le BOT, Head of Human Ressources at Quiksilver patronized the 2005 promotion.

Groupe ESC PAU partner universities also benefit from this signing. Various missions will be proposed to Indian Students of the Master of financial studies of New Dehli. In May 2007, for the first time, 2 Indian students of this prestigious formation were sent to Saint Jean de Luz to conduct a performance evaluation mission for Quiksilver.

Many projects are to come ; For the first time, starting in April 2008, Quiksilver will recruit students as part of the apprenticeship program for 2 year missions, mainly focused on retail but also on "supporting" fields such as the purchasing Department or the information system Department. From now on, Quiksilver will be an active sponsor of the Groupe ESC PAU foundation and both companies have a project of building together the "Quiksilver Academy" with the aim of improving the global performance of Quiksilver.
