Our teachers regularly take part in international
conferences. Some examples…
Marie-Hélène Abbo, in
charge of Marketing Department :
was at the AMTP conference in March 2006.
The Association of Marketing Theory and Practice is a national academic
marketing conference that focuses on bringing together both academic
theory and real world marketing practices. Business professors and
business managers take part in both the annual conference and journal.
The objective is to share research ideas.

She was also at the 22nd French Association of Marketing
(FAM) Congress in May 2006.
600 individual or institutional members (companies and educational
establishments) take part in the FAM Congress. The principal role
of the AFM is to promote academic research and training in marketing
of a level of quality comparable with the international standards.
The common will of the members is to bring their academic experiences
together through conferences and meetings.

Fernando Cuevas, teacher in Management :
will take part in the 2nd International Meetings of Diversity at
the University of Corsica in October 2006.
The principal of this meeting: 3 days of debate with intense, rich
and convivial exchanges on the “wealth of diversity”.
With this topic, the researchers in marketing, management, human
resources and strategy want to prove that the companies and other
organizations that use their diversity are often most powerful from
an economic and social point of view.
