   Practicing a professional activity other than that for which the employee is hired by the ESC PAU Group, is governed by a principle of general non-competition and by the rules of the employees' status following (articles 1 and 1 b). Before signing their contract, "Temporary" teachers must specify which teaching institutions they teach or they have taught in over the last three years. These rules, which are not exhaustive, apply to all the employees in the ESC PAU Group, according to their positions and their responsibilities.
