The programme is organized into six academic courses + a Masters thesis.
* January Course 1: Leading change and Global Competition
* February Course 2: The networked Enterprise
* March Course 3: Customer Oriented Strategies
* April Course 4: Knowledge based Strategies
* May Course 5: E-Business Management Strategies
* June Course 6: Leadership in Transnational Corporations
* July-December is devoted to the Masters Thesis
