   All the members of IRMAPE laboratory will have the following missions:
   * Production: The quality of the article written will be more important than the number of publications. The laboratory needs to have a good image, and does not need to publish a lot to exist.
   * Participation and publication: All the members will participate in colloquiums, lectures and will have to publish their productions in national or international reviews.
