 apprenticeship  During
the “MSc”
period, you can choose the ”Apprentice”
route. You will do a long-term mission (18 months
spent in a company). You will contribute fully to
the activity of the Company and will often start out
as assistant to one of the company heads: product
manager, accountant, human resource manager, marketing
or communication manager etc.
An apprenticeship period enables you to confirm your
professional project and be immediately operational
in professional environment.
As an Apprentice, you will have a
contract with the company. In return, the company
will pay for your university fees for the “MSc”
period. You will receive a salary
that is equivalent to 75% on average, of the Smic
(national minimum wage).
 You
will alternately spend one month in the company and
have one month of classes. This will enable you to
put the operational and managerial theories into practice
in a professional context. Similarly, when you return
to school, you will be able to perfect the techniques
required for your advancement in the company.
The company at the heart of our
teaching
At ESC PAU, the teaching is
anchored in the reality of the business world. More
than 50% of the teaching methods are based on practical
activities. On the syllabus: case studies, debates
and discussions, conferences, computer simulations,
role-plays, surveys in companies, internships, etc...
