The MSc Program

With the fundamentals having been acquired in the Bachelor course, the MSc course has a clearly professionalizing vocation. It enables the students to be operational immediately after graduation.
Lasting between 24 and 30 months, this program is done over 4 or 5 semesters depending on how each student chooses to organize their studies. This course can be done taking either an entrepreneurial or an apprenticeship route.

Structure of the MSc program

Specialization tracks
MARKETING
The development of direct marketing, consolidation of marketing studies, marketing strategies and the Internet, marketing strategy and communication, trade marketing and merchandising, consolidation of consumer law.

DEVELOPPEMENT
Commercial and communication, company strategy and commercial development, commercial organization and management, commercial communication and development, advertising law.

MANAGEMENT
Practices linked to information and knowledge management, development of managers’ human capital, development of the identity and of the behavioral skills of a new manager, consequences of a manager’s behavior in a company, power games between individuals, optimization and perfect management of time, the place of ethics in management, decision aiding tools.

COMPANY STRATEGY
The Strategy track is designed to give students tools for the analysis and diagnosis of the environment and of the company itself, then to build reflection methods from which long-term hypotheses can be drawn and finally to study strategic options for the company to fulfill their ambitions within the environment that has been thus considered.

FINANCE 1
(The function of finance in a company), in-depth accounting,
company accounting, in-depth cost control
international finance and financial markets, in-depth financial analysis,
bank financing and cash management

FINANCE II (DECF)
Intensive preparation for course units 1, 2, 6 and 7.
Very high demand for this type of profile – demand that is going to increase
in the coming years – both in auditing firms
and in companies, notably in
the field of management control.
Entrepreneurial route

In all cases, these routes begin with a semester of academic teaching followed by a semester of specialization tracks.
From the 3rd semester onwards, the entrepreneurial route can take 6 different directions (see table).

Apprenticeship route

The students who take this route continue their studies within the framework of a 2-year work contract (semesters 1, 2, 3 and 4), signed with a company, their studies are organized in the periods of their sandwich course spent at school; they spend 1 month in a company/1 month at school.

Academing teaching

Both in the core curriculum and in the specialization track, much of the teaching will be of the “cluster” type: an assembly of lessons requiring different disciplines (finance, marketing, law etc .), designed to perceive, understand and solve transverse problems in management.
