From the
very beginning our teaching has aimed at achieving

Balance between
• Theory and practice
• Lessons and personal work
• Individual work and teamwork
• Technical teaching and culture
 learning
in a fairly small school
This dimension is a founding
principle of the ESC PAU group’s philosophy.
In more concrete terms, most of your lessons will
take place in a class of approximately 40 students.
Linked to demanding preparatory work that you will
do via the CAN, a platform enabling students and teachers
to communicate and obtain information, the lessons
become interactive. Lectures are therefore transformed
into exchanges with teachers.
 optimize
your personnal project
As
soon as you arrive at ESC PAU, we are there to accompany
you, to help you think about who you are, to identify
your values, your gifts, your abilities and to make
all this the foundation of your professional life.
You will also have a personal tutor to support you
throughout your studies. He will be by your side to
help you build your employability, to identify the
best ways to implement YOUR project. Once this project
has been defined, the School will provide the means
to build it throughout your years of study.
 stimulate
your entrepreneurial spirit
Decide,
imagine, involve team members, create; these are the
qualities Companies will first require of you. At
ESC PAU, you will therefore cultivate these qualities
as soon as you join, through case studies, business
games, virtual company creation projects, internships
and work in associations.
 high
demands
Before a lesson, you will have
to prepare, individually or in a team, using, for
example, the CAN. You will be asked to participate
actively in the discussions and exchanges in class.
As one of the objectives is to prepare you to work
in the framework of change and crisis management,
conditions that you will be faced with in a company,
will you have to accept uncertainty and complexity.
 using
and understanding new informations technologies
ESC
PAU was one of the first Grandes Ecoles to create
a program entirely on the Internet in 1997. This experience
gave us a digital education culture that we can now
put at your disposal in the best way possible. Thanks
to the CAN, you will slowly get used to considering
these information technologies as banal tools. Thanks
to the WiFi connections, on the net, you will exchange
and work with teachers and students on a daily basis,
you will prepare your lessons and your assessments,
and you will consult the resources in the Media Center… |
