Pau is within easy reach from all major French as well as UK cities.
The cheapest way to get to Pau is by train. The national railway is called “SNCF” (http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/). We suggest you to take the TGV from Paris, Bordeaux or Toulouse.
The fastest way to get to Pau is by a direct flight to the city’s airport. From the airport, you can get a taxi (approx. cost €15) to take you to ESC Pau and to the city center. The airport is 10 km away from the business school and 13 km to the city center.
Two major airline companies have direct flights to Pau:
- Air France-KLM: from Paris (Orly and Roissy-CDG airport) and Lyon. It takes 1h30;
- Ryan Air: from London (Stansted airport). It takes 1h30.

Near Pau, you can reach Biarritz by plane. Major airline companies have direct flights to Biarritz:
- Air France-KLM: from Paris (Orly airport), Lyon, Nice and Geneva;
- Ryanair: from London (Stansted airport), Dublin, Birmingham and Marseille;
- Easyjet: from Paris (CDG airport), Lyon, Bristol, London Gatwick;
- Baboo: from Geneva.
If you are travelling to Pau via Biarritz, you can take the train from Biarritz/Bayonne to Pau. The national railway is called “SNCF” (http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/). We suggest you to take the “corail intercités” or “TER” (intercity train). It takes more or less one hour for less than 20 euros.
