  All participants, including authors, have to register. Registration fees include:

• The participation to the iSMEs Conference;
• The Conference proceedings (USB key);
• Both lunches at ESC Pau;
• Morning and afternoon refreshments;
• All transportations between the Conference and the social events;
• The night social event on December, 1st;
• The gala dinner on December, 2nd.

A conference bag will be offered. Registration does not include accommodation. The organizing committee will provide a list of hotels/ guest houses with special rates. No reimbursement will be possible after November 15th.

Registration and payment can be done:

1. On-line through our website (www.esc-pau.biz). Payment is made by credit card.
   
   
2. Through our Registration Form. Please complete the form and send it by e-mail, fax or postal mail. Click here to download the Registration form. Doing so, the payment is made by bank checks payable to “CCI Pau Béarn – iSMEs Conference” or by bank transfer. Please see the information below to do so.
   

Please do not forget to clearly mention iSMES 2010 + the NAME of the participant on the payment order.
