The objectives of our associations are either
cultural, sportive or social. They depend on a law from 1900.
Associations must take into account administrative, organizational
and economic questions, therefore it is a good way for the
members to participate in economic and social situations.
The Group ESC PAU helps the associations; it gives them an office,
a phone, a computer, a technical and legal support.
All the associations gather regularly: that is the association committee
meeting. These meetings are a place of discussion and exchange between
all the associations and the Administration.
- The role of the association committee meeting
is to distribute students subscription funds
among all the associations, to plan events…
- There is a President of the association committee
meeting, who is elected for one year. His or her election takes
place every January.
The last association committee meeting took place in the middle
of November. This was the occasion to work on the administrative
tasks, to decide the day of the election of the president of the
association's committee meeting, to share the financial ressources
between the associations.
