Groupe ESC PAU takes part in a regular accreditation process and
has recently obtained the European accreditation EPAS.
a new step has been made by ESC PAU. It received the visa and Grade
Master from the french ministry of education and in addition it
was granted the ISO 9001-2000 quality accreditation by AFAQ. Today,
after eight months of hard work, the Group saw it's efforts rewarded
an received the EPAS
label, a new international recognition for the school.
This label shows the excellence of our Business School program,
our international opening, the innovation of our teaching methods,
our relationship wih the companies, and the quality of our alumni.
EPAS (EFMD Programme Accreditation System)
 EPAS
distinguishes the programmes according to the following criterias
:
- The academic level
- Research and teaching methods
- The recruiting quality
- The international development
- Students tutoring
- The alumni structure
- The relationship with companies
The objective of EPAS
is to develop the international programmes, in particular, those
who help the recruiting of foreign students.
The EPAS
label is delivered by the EFMD.
EFMD (European Foundation for Management
Development)
 EFMD
is located in Brussels (Belgium). EFMD
is an international organization made of more than 600 members (Business
School, public utility, universities, consulting, companies...),
whose aim is to promote the best practices in the field of management.
EFMD objective are centered around 3 elements :
- Develop exchanges between his members
- Approaching the international institutions
(European commission, Banque mondiale)
- Grant labels that certify the universities
and business school teaching quality
EFMD
is the most important european accreditation agency, it delivers
EQUIS and EPAS
labels. EFMD
recently allowed the first EPAS
accreditations to the ESSCA, the Oxford Brookes University and to
the Fourgon Amsterdam Universiteit.
From now on, Group ESC PAU will be one of the educational establishments
recognized by EPAS
