Research is one of the strategic objectives of the ESC PAU Group. Our conception of Research is deeply anchored in the real practices of companies, exceptional places for observation and experimentation, and at the same time, in the academic world, a place for exchanges and confrontation of ideas.
With the creation of the Research Department in 2003, organization
of Research at the ESC PAU Group became really structured. The objective
of this department is to guide, stimulate, promote and manage internal
resources, to publish and organize Research Journals,
in agreement with the Reading Committee, and to
set up Research Workshops.
Considering these elements, we have been able to measure the first
results of this organization: considerable growth of all production
and teaching programs based on innovative concepts
and methods, which truly reflect the implementation of the Research
group’s policy, and all this within the process of promoting
intellectual capital.

Research workshop
The Research Workshops are special places for reflection,
organized by recognized university Researchers. These real
executive education seminars on Research encourage exchanges of
ideas on the methodology and the production of knowledge. The organizer
defines, applies and develops the Research strategy, offering the
audience several work alternatives. The first was held in January
2003.
