Individual room in the University Dorm (only in August –September)

If you arrive late in August or in September, we can provide you a room until September 30th. These rooms are normally booked for French students who benefit from a scholarship that the reason why it is difficult to get one for a full academic year or a semester.
This is a temporary solution which will enable you to look for a private accommodation. You will be assisted by the International Relation department in your search.

Individual room in a family with Immersion Française Association

If you choose that solution, the International Relations department will provide you with the adequate form to complete.
Families are highly selected and live around the university Campus.
Monthly rent: 250 € (including breakfast, laundry, heating, electricity, bed sheets and blankets).
Registration fees: 130 €
Students are requested to pay the first 3 months when the arrive

Private accommodation

The International Relations department has a list of accommodation that will help you.
Please note that a furnished and equipped apartment / studio costs approximately 350 € per month. You will be required to provide a deposit which is equivalent to 2 months of renting. Once you leave, the owner will pay you back that deposit as far as you have not cause any damage in the apartment.

Monthly estimated budget: 550 € per month.
